Prices. The cost for the weekend is £180 for residential and £80 for non-residential. If you are only able to be with us for one day, the rate for one day residential is £95, and for one day non-residential is £47 (Saturday) or £37 (Sunday). The non-residential rate does not include breakfast or dinner, but dinner can be ordered for only £10. All prices include entry to the festival concert on Saturday evening.

Last date for booking. All bookings must be received by the end of July. However, please note that the CRF is extremely popular and you are advised to enrol as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.

Cancellations. If a booking is cancelled more than two weeks before the festival starts, a full refund will be made. Unfortunately refunds for cancellations are unable to be made after Friday 6th August 2010, whatever the reason for the cancellation. Accordingly, you are strongly advised to take out suitable holiday or course attendance insurance.

Music. All music for all playing sessions is provided free of charge.

Accommodation. Accommodation is in clean and pleasant single and twin rooms, each with a washbasin. There are two ‘houses’ – Tower and Shelburne:
Tower is very close to the buildings which we will be using for the playing sessions. There are several bathrooms on each floor. There are no ground floor rooms, and no lift, so ability to use stairs is essential in this house.
Shelburne is a modern building about a two minute (completely flat) walk from the festival buildings. There are some rooms specifically for players with limited mobility and there are lifts. In addition each pair of rooms has a shared bathroom.
The price is the same for all accommodation. Will you please indicate on the booking form in which house you would like to stay. Places will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. If you have a specific accommodation requirement, such as wanting to be next to someone else, share a room with another player, or have a room next to the toilet, will you please note it on your booking form – it will be impossible to give you what you want if you tell us me at course registration at the festival itself!

Disabled Access. The school prides itself on its disabled access, although a little assistance may be useful here and there. If you have any detailed questions, please contact Justine for advice.
