Prices. The cost for the weekend is £170 for residential and £72 for non-residential. If you are only able to be with us for one day, the rate for one day residential is £85, and for one day non-residential is £44 (Saturday) or £34 (Sunday). The non-residential rate does not include breakfast or dinner, but dinner can be ordered for only £10. All prices include entry to the festival concert on Saturday evening.

Last date for booking. There are still a few places left for the Festival. Booking must be received by Justine Spence before 8th August.

Cancellations. If a booking is cancelled more than two weeks before the festival starts, a full refund will be made. Unfortunately we are unable to make refunds for cancellations received after that date, whatever the reason for the cancellation. You may like to consider taking out some suitable holiday insurance.

Music. All music for all playing sessions is provided free of charge.

Accommodation. Accommodation is in clean and pleasant single and twin rooms, each with a washbasin. There are two ‘houses’ – Tower and Shelburne:
Tower is very close to the buildings which we will be using for the playing sessions. There are several bathrooms on each floor. There are no ground floor rooms, and no lift, so ability to use stairs is essential in this house.
Shelburne is a modern building about a two minute (completely flat) walk from the festival buildings. There are some rooms specifically for players with limited mobility and there are lifts. In addition each pair of rooms has a shared bathroom.
The price is the same for all accommodation. Will you please indicate on the booking form in which house you would like to stay. Places will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. If you have a specific accommodation requirement, such as wanting to be next to someone else, share a room with another player, or have a room next to the toilet, will you please note it on your booking form – it will be impossible to give you what you want if you tell us only at course registration.

Disabled Access. The school prides itself on its disabled access, although a little assistance may be useful here and there. If you have any detailed questions, please contact Justine for advice.
